This work includes liaising with our clients and being relied upon to deliver on or before schedule. We have dedicated account managers who learn about our clients, their business and the security expectations of each; this enables us to give specialist advice that is individual to them
In addition to our entire project & account management service, we offer expert service contracts to our domestic and commercial customers, tailored to meet their individual security requirements. Our warranties can cover new or existing safes and vaults, all call-outs and materials up to a specific cost (depending on the selected package), and a planned preventative maintenance visit every year.
Packages can be purchased and renewed annually or every 3 or 5 years, depending on your preferred length of service and guaranteed protection.
