Loktec Security Group provide a national re-active Locksmith, Access Control, Safe and Vault, Engineering service to banks, building societies, ATM vendors, Independ ATM providers, Councils, Police, Business & Retail customers.
Our dedicated helpdesk is available 24/7 365 days a year to provide professional advice and log service calls onto our custom-built workflow system. Loktec's bespoke workflow system provides real time updates to and from our engineers and enables us to keep our clients up to date at all times. Our custom workflow system also allows us to monitor our engineers and stock to ensure attendance from the closest engineer who has the correct equipment to carry out the works on the first visit.
Safe Engineers & Locksmiths
Loktec has a team of multi-skilled Locksmith, Access Control, and Safe Engineers who cover the whole of the UK and are available 24/7. All our Lock and Safe Engineers undergo regular training programme and annual assessments.

As well as having the knowledge to service, maintain and repair our customers safes it’s incredibly important that our Safe Engineers have fully stocked vans thus ensuring a first visit fix rate of 98%.
To do this we use a supply chain management system which restocks the Engineers vans on a daily basis as well as sending worn components, old batteries, etc. back to the warehouses to be recycled by licenced recycling companies.
